河北一大人带俩孩子在冰面玩耍时坠入冰窟？当地：仍有2人失联

近日，河北承德高新区冯营子镇“3人在冰面玩耍坠入冰窟”，引发关注。1月14日，承德高新区管委会工作人员回应南都记者，一小孩被救起，目前在ICU，生命体征平稳。另外两人仍在搜救。

1月12日，有网友在社交平台发视频反映，承德高新区一成年人带着两个小孩在冯营子大桥附近冰上玩耍，坠入冰窟。据称，一个小孩爬了上来，当地连夜动用两架无人机搜救另外两人。

14日，冯营子镇政府工作人员向南都记者确认，“一人救起，两人失联”。承德市应急管理局工作人员表示，目前仍在全力搜救。

承德高新区管委会工作人员回应南都记者，出事的地点是河道，“属于野河区”。被救回来的小孩目前生命体征平稳，正在ICU接受治疗。搜救方面，“这地方情况比较复杂，冰面有的地方冻得厚有的地方冻得薄。上机械也不敢太用力，怕衍生出别的事故来。”
