吉林省白城中医院1月17日通报称，针对网传“120急救人员要求家属自行取担架抬患者”事件，白城中医院组织开展了调查处置。经调查，1月13日22时55分，白城市120急救指挥中心接到患者家属报警电话，22时57分白城中医院急救人员出诊，23时02分到达现场。经现场评估，该患者需要使用担架，为节约时间医务人员请求正准备上楼的患者家属帮忙拿取担架，引起家属不满，随即医务人员即表示歉意。1月15日，白城中医院有关同志当面向住院患者再次道歉。接警后，急救人员7分钟内到达现场，第一时间给予处置，并及时转至指定医院救治，未影响患者正常诊疗，不存在救治不及时问题。
通报称，针对急救工作流程中，医务人员请求患者家属拿担架引起家属不满环节，存在医务人员服务不规范，已将涉事医务人员调离原岗位，停发3个月绩效工资，并进行严肃批评教育。
